My neighbor hired S----- Air to put his new system in because of all their big promises of rebates, cash back etc. He has the same size and quality a heat pump that you put in for me but they charged him twice as much even after all the big rebates etc.

    We had one of the companies that advertises their low flat rat pricing work on our unit last time. They charge $85 just to come out. Then their flat rate was 50% more than what you just charged us. Counting the $85 just to show up they were about 80% higher.

Your guys were awesome! We had 2 other heating companies out and they both charged us kust for showing up and when they left our system still was not working!!

   We heard you on the radio so we called. Your serviceman found the problem within minutes. It was just a ground wire that was un hooked. He fixed it and charged us less than the 2 companies that did not fix it!!!!!

Dear Bill,

    We had you put the heat pump in our modular home several years ago. Several years later we had a problem and called a different heating company to fix it. They said you had put in too small a heat pump. They supposedly replaced yours with a larger one.

     The system still would not work!! We had them out several times and they talked about valves and wanted to charge us $800 more to fix the brand new unit they just replaced yours with!

     We finally called you, I don't know why we did not call you in the first place? When we finally got you back out it turned out that the other company had replaced our heat pump with another of the same size, not a bigger one!

     It was actually 2 very small problems

  #1 a duct under our modular home installed by the factory had come off and our system was blowing 1/2 our air under the house

  #2 there was a small freon leak which you inexpensively repaired!

    I wish we would have called you first!! You have always treated us so well.

Bill thanks for the exce,llent job you did on my heat system. We had one of your competitors put in our system and they screwed it up so bad that we made them take it out!

   The ducting they installed leaked like a sieve. They put in the wrong freon and ruined the heat pump.

   Your work was awesome and we are very pleased. We have been recommending Glacier to all our friends
